About Me

Volker Joseph is the Beta & Customer Success Manager of Autodesk’s ADR Group. He has been with Autodesk for nearly 9 years now and began his career as a product support specialist in our Guildford, England, office – before taking on the role of managing our DWF Beta programs. He is an expert on anything DWF, having supported the technology from the very beginning. Volker was responsible for gathering Autodesk customer feedback to integrate into the Autodesk Design Review 2007, 2008 and Autodesk Design Review 2009 products. Currently, Volker is keeping customers informed about anything DWF-related using many channels including the Autodesk DWF blog, “Beyond the Paper.” As a champion for the DWF cause, he always has an open ear for our customers.
