About Me

Volker Joseph is the Beta & Customer Success Manager of Autodesk’s Platform Group. He has been with Autodesk for nearly 9 years now and began his career as a product support specialist in our Guildford, England, office – before taking on the role of managing our DWF Beta programs. He is an expert on anything DWF, having supported the technology from the very beginning. Volker was responsible for gathering Autodesk customer feedback to integrate into the Autodesk Design Review 2007, 2008, 2009 and Autodesk Design Review 2010 products. He has recently taken on a new challenge - to manage all AutoCAD and platform related Beta programs. Currently, Volker is keeping customers informed about anything DWF and Navisworks related - using many channels including the Autodesk DWF blog, “Beyond the Paper.” As a champion for Autodesk's cause, he always has an open ear for our customers.
