In addition to releasing Autodesk DWF Viewer 7.0 and Autodesk Design Review 2007, the free Autodesk DWF Writer was also released yesterday. The version was updated to 3.1. The Autodesk DWF Writer allows 2D and 3D DWF files to be published from non-Autodesk applications. (Autodesk applications have the ability to create DWF files already built-in.)

Scott Shepherd informs us that the 3.1 version of Autodesks DWF Writer is available. It will allow you to create DWF files form Non-Autodesk applications, other CAD software packages, for example. You can download it here.
