Volker is passionate about every aspect of his work. Over the years, he has developed a great sense of advocacy, championing customer concerns and suggestions. His drive and approach have made him a valuable resource to all.

He is responsible for product-related strategies; develops and drives business tactics and plans to deliver assigned products to market as scheduled. Conducts research, collecting quantitative market data including industry expert opinions for various market segments. Serves as main contact for all operational needs, building strong internal partnerships with Marketing, Legal Counsel, Operations, Localization, Finance, and Product Support teams.

Manages Autodesk’s Beta Team, as well as its systems. Consults with others on development and execution of complex project plans. Defines best practices and processes for managing client and stakeholder expectations and resolving critical issues, applying these practices to ensure all are satisfied with project management services and product delivery as defined by the schedule and quality parameters. Assigns and assists team members in planning, estimating, and controlling Beta tasks.. Works proactively with internal and external customers to resolve critical issues.
