Notes:

1. Publishing multisheet DWFx files is only possible using the Page Setup Override option.
2. Publishing multisheet DWFx files is only possible when the sheets to be published consist of all Layouts or all Model tabs and the same Page Setup Override is applied to all items.
3. Autodesk Design Review 2008 does not have a "Save To" Buzzsaw capability built-in to the File > Save menu; however, the DWFx file can be saved locally and uploaded to Buzzsaw.
