Autodesk Design Review 2007 Trial: Known Issues

As we move from having a trial version of Autodesk DWF Composer R2 available to a trial of Autodesk Design Review 2007 (English available now), in the tradition of Autodesk DWF Viewer 7.0 Known Issues and AutoCAD 2007 Known DWF Issues, here are the known issues from the read me file of the Autodesk Design Review 2007 trial version:

• After the trial period has expired, embedding a DWF file in Microsoft Internet Explorer repeatedly opens the trial expiration dialog box.
  Solution: Continue to click Cancel until the dialog box stops displaying.

• After the trial period has expired, opening an HTML page containing an embedded DWF file in Microsoft Internet Explorer opens the trial expiration dialog box. Clicking the Buy Now button opens an empty Error dialog box suspending Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  Solution: In the taskbar, right-click Microsoft Internet Explorer button and choose Close. Refer to the link above to buy Design Review 2007.

• When logged on as a restricted user, after the trial period has expired, embedding a DWF file in Microsoft Internet Explorer opens the trial expiration dialog box. Clicking the Buy Now button appears to suspend Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  Solution: Press Alt+Tab to display the trial expiration dialog box and click OK. The correct Autodesk Web page opens.

• Uninstalling the Design Review 2007 trial from a computer that also has DWF Viewer 5.0 or later installed may render DWF Viewer unusable.
  Solution: Reinstall the latest DWF Viewer.
