Notes from the Service Pack Read Me that are pertinent to DWF file users:
- This Service Pack corrects a problem where part lists in layouts were missing while creating DWF files using PUBLISH command from model space.
- If you are using Autodesk Vault 5 with AutoCAD Mechanical 2007, you should install the Autodesk Vault 5 Service Pack 1. You can obtain this Service Pack from the Autodesk Support web site.
- AutoCAD Mechanical 2007, AutoCAD Mechanical 2007 Hotfix1, and AutoCAD Mechanical 2007 Service Pack 1 use the same file format. All drawing files created in any of these versions are interchangeable.
Service Pack 1 includes the corrections provided by AutoCAD 2007 Service Pack 1, so you don’t need to worry about installing anything else. Just make sure you download the right service pack based on your installed product. Otherwise, before the installation gets very far you will get a message informing you that you have not installed the product you use everyday.
