What's the difference between items 13 & 15?

DWF Version compare works by interrogating the geometry in a DWF file. Question 13 provides an example of how it compares polylines. These can represent things like sewer lines or gas lines. Question 15 provides an example of how it compares filled polygons. These can represent things like grass or cement.
