Many users encountered this issue after the initial release of Autodesk Design Review 2010.
The application produced undesirable printing results, when printing to PDF. In most cases this included the default print settings of Autodesk Design Review 2010 and it caused large print spooling sizes, low-quality output and even printing errors.
We have now produced a HotFix for Autodesk Design Review 2010, which addresses these issues.
You can download the HotFix and the accompanying ReadMe here.
Please send us any feedback, comments or suggestions you may have.
Thank you.

Dell Latitude D830, Intel [email protected] GHz, 4GB RAM, 32-bit WinVista Ultimate SP1, ADR2010, both with and without HotFix.
TERRIBLY slow starting up. Freezes and must be killed with TaskMgr, even with HotFix, after printing pdf. No dialog for pdf output location. No idea of where output (if any) has ever gone.
How do I *safely* remove ADR2010 and install older, more stable, faster version??? Which one??? Features are not an issue. I just need something quick and small, which works.
TIA, JGB

We are very seriously looking at removing all of our Design Review 2010. The startup speed is way too slow... beyond efficient use slow!
The added value is definately NOT worth the speed reduction.
Haven't tried the Hot Fix for printing yet but I am not getting a warm fuzzy feeling based on the comments here.

I made some markups on a dwf file on design review but when i try to open this file into AUTODESK MAP 2010 or 09 the markups are not there? do anyone knows what the problem could be?

i HAVE TRIED THE HOTFIX AND IT DOES NOT WORK!!! CURRENTLY TRYING TO PRINT A 2578KB DWF FILE TO PDF AND COMING UP ON ONE HOUR!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I WILL BE REMOVING 2010 VERSION AND GOING BACK TO 2009. WHEN YOU REALLY FIX THE PROBLEM, CONTACT ME AND I WILL RECONSIDER 2010. UNTIL THEM I WILL CONTINUE WITH MUCH EASIER TO USE 2009. startup is also incredibly slow in 2010.

now that i have tried to re-install 2009, there is a missing .dll, namely, dwfcore_wt.1.6.0.dll, that will not allow me to open 2009.
Is this something that is removed when you upgrade to 2010????
HOw do I get it back????
I want some answers!
