Many of our customers have and are attempting to run Autodesk Design Review 2010 on the Windows Server 2003 platform.
Few customers have been successful and many are experiencing an unresponsive application or one that simply terminates early. As a matter of fact, this specific problem is one of the most reported CER problems to date.
Autodesk Design Review 2010 is not designed, nor has it been tested for the Windows Server 2003 platform. Please see the system requirements for information as to what platforms are supported for this particular application.
Please let us know should you have any follow up questions to this particular subject.
Thank you.
Is it a DEP issue?

If Autodesk Design Review 2010 is truly not designed for Windows Server 2003, then the information on the Autodesk Design Review website should be changed. It is very confusing. Currently, under optional system requirements the following is listed:
Optional Software and Hardware:
Citrix® XenApp™ 4.5 (32-bit) on Microsoft® Windows Server® 2003 with Windows Vista or XP clients
Link to this info:

So is Autodesk Design Review 2010 supported in a Citrix XenApp environment? with Windows Server 2003?

I will pass both comments to the engineering team and share any feedback I may receive.

I tried it on our test system and it works OK in terminal services but not on Citrix from the same server. I've been trying to find workarounds, but so far no luck.
